As our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase (e.g., AI prompts, access to our "Pro" plan), they cannot be "returned." Therefore, we generally operate under a **no-refund policy**. All sales are considered final once the purchase is complete.
Our "Pro" subscription is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. When you cancel, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for subscriptions canceled mid-cycle.
