Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing and using Prompt Ocean. We are committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds.

1. General Policy for Digital Products

As our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase (e.g., AI prompts, access to our "Pro" plan), they cannot be "returned." Therefore, we generally operate under a **no-refund policy**. All sales are considered final once the purchase is complete.

2. "Pro" Subscription Plan

Our "Pro" subscription is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. When you cancel, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for subscriptions canceled mid-cycle.

3. Exceptional Circumstances for Refund

We understand that mistakes can happen. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same subscription plan twice, please contact us. We will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Critical Service Failure: If you are unable to access the core features of your purchased plan due to a technical failure on our end for an extended period.

To be considered for a refund under these circumstances, you must contact our support team within **7 days** of the transaction.

4. How to Request a Refund

If your situation falls under the "Exceptional Circumstances" mentioned above, please reach out to us via our contact page. In your message, include your account email, the transaction ID, and a clear explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and get back to you.

Prompt Ocean reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.
